Our Beloved Lord of Merciful Compassion 
comes to the humble sinner in silence-
standing at the spiritual door of our souls 
he dispels in an instant our darkness-
his voice excites, inspires, sooths and lovingly invites in a sung whisper so calm- 
perceived and understood by
a truly longing, hungering heart-
its melody delights, enlightens our way to Him-

       You shall cross the barren desert
       but you shall not die of thirst
       you shall wander far in safety
       though you do not know the way-
       BE NOT AFRAID, I go before you always
                 COME FOLLOW ME
                AND I SHALL GIVE YOU REST
